I was thinking I’d post a little about the most worthwhile event that I’ve experienced in this lifetime – which was a 10-day free Vipassana course – of which you can sign up for (in Onalaska, Washington) here. You can read about Vipassana here. I consider Vipassana to be the single most important and beneficial thing that I have ever done in my life. I decided to try out Vipassana after about two years of soul-searching into different methods/techniques of self-actualization, self-betterment, and mental purification. I suggest that all people try a 10-day Vipassana course at least once in their life.
